Jacob’s Top 10 Tim Burton Films

If you were to ask me who my favorite film director was, I would have to be honest and tell you without a doubt: Tim Burton! There is something about his style that I truly appreciate when it comes to his films; whether it would be his off-the-wall premises,  eccentric characters, whimsical scores, or gothic fairy-tale designs, Burton is a filmmaker unlike any other, and I am here to talk about my ten favorite films he has done in honor of the release of Burton’s live-action retelling of ‘Dumbo’!

Jacob’s Bottom Ten Movies of 2018

Now for the fun part! As much as I love talking about the “Best in Film”, I especially love to share my thoughts on the stinkers of the year. However, sadly, due to either lack of interest or finances, I try to avoid seeing what I believe to be clunkers as much as I can, unless they interest me or are on my anticipated lists, which is why I never seem to call these the “Worst in Film”, but instead my “Bottom Picks”. So buckle up and take a trip down the bottom of the well where you will find my lowest films of 2018!

I will still talk about them in my honorable mentions, but these are the films that stuck out to me the most either by quality, or just how I felt about them. Without further ado, here are my ‘Top Ten Movies of 2018’
