Heya Folks!

I wanted to tell you all about a weekly community event I’ve been hosting for awhile now. Each week on Thursday several of us from the community get together to play a game called Anime Music Quiz, or AMQ for short. So what is this and how can you join in on all the fun?

What is AMQ?

Anime music Quiz is a free game where you try to guess what anime a song belongs to after hearing a short sample of it. Despite how simple and easy this may sound, it’s actually far from it! Don’t worry though, even if you haven’t seen a ton of anime, the event is fairly casual. It’s mostly a way to hang out for awhile, chat, and learn about some anime (as well as each other) along the way.

How do I Join?

It’s really easy to join the event. First, sign up for a free account by following the link here. Then link your anime list (if you have one, it’s not required). After that, just wait until the scheduled time and hop right in. It really is that simple!

When is AMQ Night?

Each game occurs weekly on Thursdays at 7:30 PM PST. I tweet the game out each week so you shouldn’t miss it! To stay up to date with any changes in the schedule I recommend following me on Twitter (@JS_Reviews) and/or joining my Discord.

I know that this time is not ideal for everybody throughout the community, but for right now this time has been what’s proved to work best for most people. Plans to expand this program are in place, so if you want to see a second time slot added be sure to support this initiative!

How Can I Provide Support?

The easiest way to help this program out and show your support is by sharing the weekly tweets. After that, simply get involved and come play! As this program grows, I’ll need additional hosts to run games in tandem with mine, plus we always need another player or two anyway.
